Overall Satisfaction

Pros

  • Easy to learn the basics. Offers more advanced functionality if you take the time to learn.
  • Saves dozens of hours for administrators and end-users use by reducing the number of existing existing duplicates and reducing the number of duplicates created during mass imports.
  • Easy mass record updates.

Cons

  • Can be cumbersome when making query edits
  • A basic event import, including dedupe, that might take 8-20 hours using Excel + Data Loader takes one hour.

Product Usage

  • Data import / dedupe. The former is much easier, and deduping is much much faster and cleaner.

The training webinars help with the basics but not much if you need advanced functionality.

Support

Support can be slow so do not expect quick turn for urgent issues.
Help for specific queries not not there. Product tech support is offered. It would be great if query support, even if paid, was offered
