Overall Satisfaction with DemandTools

DemandTools is used to support our admissions process through TargetX. We mainly utilize MassEffect to make large scale changes to multiple records at once.

Pros

  • DemandTools is user-friendly.
  • It is easy to follow step by step processes.
  • DemandTools allows us to do things that are not otherwise possible in Salesforce.

Cons

  • I’d like for PeopleImport to be more appropriate for use with TargetX
  • In general, there are only a few functions that are applicable for higher education.
  • It’s incredibly time-saving.
I haven’t used any other products like DemandTools.
It would be very difficult to use TargetX without DemandTools. However, there are really only a couple of features for which we use the software.
