Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

We use Deputy for our entire store schedule. Because we have a lot of high school/part-time workers we needed a scheduling app that was easy to switch and change shifts with. It’s also a perfect way to send out policies or important information to all of the staff at once.

  • Option to remove times sheets/punch-in feature.
  • Time saved on scheduling.
  • No more confusion about the schedule.

I gave Deputy this rating because out of all the other options we had to work with Deputy was the only one that everyone at our company understood and learned with ease. Any problems with the schedule can immediately be addressed and corrected in a matter of minutes.
I’m very satisfied with the implementation of Deputy. It took one 10 minute meeting with a worker from Deputy to get everything set up. Ever since then it’s worked like a charm with no issues.
Deputy is perfect for any small business to post their schedule on. It’s easy to learn and user-friendly for all ages groups. Even people who are normally not the greatest with technology can operate this app with very minimal help from the administrators. It is perfect for restaurants, retail, and other small-scale businesses.

Using Deputy

12 - Cashier, yard guy, manager, mechanic, bookkeeper.
2 - Really no skills are required to support Deputy other than basic computer knowledge and knowledge of workers' normal daily schedules.
  • Schedule.
  • Posting customer orders on the home page.
  • Possibly bookkeeping.
I have no intention of ever switching away from Deputy.
