Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Deputy to manager our time sheets, scheduling and ultimately to gather the numbers for payroll and profitability analysis.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Scheduling.
Export timesheets.
Tech support outstanding.
Mobile app is solid.

Cons

Reporting is a bit challenging.

Return on Investment

Lots of time saved.
Efficient time sheets.
Employee self-serve & shift swapping.
Newsfeed to get info out to everyone.

We were initially lured into other solutions for payroll integration but over time discovered that we could use a local payroll company (mom & pop accounting shop) and Deputy versus something like ADP, and be better off for it.
