Deputy is a great app for scheduling and communications throughout our whole organization. We are a seasonal business that changes its hours daily according to crop and availability. The app allows me to quickly and efficiently schedule or see how many employees might be available for planning and last-minute execution purposes.
- Instant messaging to staff.
- Easy view of schedule layout.
- Allows exporting for payroll purposes.
- Gives notification of possible problems, late or no show staff.
- Allow the cell phone app to have the same functionality of a lap top.
- Deputy has saved a HUGE amount of time trying to communicate and coordinate large numbers of student and part time staff.
- The payroll accuracy is wonderful as well because it allows staff to check their shifts and comment before payroll is run. Avoiding or correcting problems before they happen.
Deputy has more than just communications, it allows scheduling and payroll too!
