Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

I like the fact that Deputy is able to be used on mobile devices. I have staff who travel in the community and I need to be able to verify location and times of service. When my employees are punching in and out, it is easy for me to verify appointments and time spent.
  • Pin drops at punch in/punch out times.
  • Ease of opening up shifts.
  • Pin drops at more times during the day, not just when an employee punches in and out.
  • Time saved.
  • Payroll accuracy.
  • Ease of communication with staff regarding timesheets.

Frustration in trying to get Deputy to transmit timesheet data to payroll processing. Frustration in trying to set "my" company standards, and then all new employees not automatically having my company standards, I have to edit each employee from the Deputy standard.
