I use Deputy to schedule employees. They clock in using Deputy and you know their location when they clock in. They clock in using their smartphone, so there is no added expense for time clock equipment or updates. Employees are sent their schedule when the schedule is posted. The program notifies you when the employee is unavailable to work. It also alerts you when the employee is scheduled for too many hours. User friendly.
