Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

We are an Amazon Delivery Service Partner. We use Deputy to schedule shifts for our 77 drivers and 6 dispatchers.
  • It allows me to pre-plan schedules weeks and even months in advance and publish them.
  • It allows me to adjust schedules every day so I know where I am vulnerable to callouts.
  • It allows me to communicate in general announcements to my team.
  • Deputy helps me customize features when I need that and when such things are not already available in the UI.
  • It allows me to copy this week's schedule and paste it into the scheduling for future weeks.
  • Probably I can do this, but I don't like employees putting up their shifts on offer to replacements. I want them to come through management.
  • It has saved me time.
  • It has eliminated confusion.
  • It has increased employee accountability.
I tested Homebase and Deputy at the same time. I gave up testing Homebase when I found Deputy immediately more user-friendly and, as I thought, more ingeniously designed. However, I did not do in-depth testing of Homebase. I simply jumped to Deputy when I realized it would do what I needed.

I think I've answered this in my replies to previous questions.
No, it was very intuitive and easy. So much so, that I don't remember much of it!
I know that in the transportation business it is well suited. I imagine that it would also be a good fit for hospitality businesses.
