Overall Satisfaction with DeskRoll Remote Desktop
DeskRoll Remote Desktop was very helpful when we went on lockdown due to the pandemic. We installed this in our office PCs so that we were able to access work documents from home. We've used many remote services before but this one worked the best for us - we were able to remotely access our QuickBooks Desktop account without having to install various versions on different PCs, this allowed us to print checks from home and continue business seamlessly. This saved us the additional costs of paying for Microsoft licenses for each individual computer. Thanks to DeskRoll Remote Desktop, it was like we never left the office.
- It is user-friendly.
- It does it's job really well.
- It makes accessing your remote office desktop a breeze.
- There is no lag time, your feed refreshes in real-time.
- It does not kick you off like other remote services tend to do.
- It could be more cost-effective.
- It could include better "help" or "how-to" sections for people who are not as tech savvy.
- It saved time, which always saves money!
- It allowed us to save money on additional software licensing - we now use Quickbooks through the use of DeskRoll Remote Desktop.
- DeskRoll Remote Desktop allowed us to transition to work-from-home easily, which saved us valuable time during the pandemic.
We've used various services - RemotePC, LogMeIn, Go2MyPC, etc. We have used it all and none have been as great as DeskRoll Remote Desktop. In other versions, the screen is not super legible, meaning the text is fuzzy or ill-fitting to the viewer's PC screen. We've experienced click delays, and recurring issues where we get kicked off and our data is lost. However, that doesn't happen with DeskRoll Remote Desktop.
