Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad
The entire organization is using Dialpad. It solves the issue of having employees in a certain physical location, as we are all able to communicate amongst ourselves and with our clients without issues from wherever we are. We have been using Dialpad for about a year and have not had any issues and setting it up was easy!
