Dialpad + Remote team is a no brainer
Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk
We use Dialpad to manage all incoming phone calls and outgoing phone calls into the business. It's amazing for remote work. The entire organization uses it. We were also able to port our main phone number directly to Dialpad to simplify any forwarding! And whats great about that is we can now text clients from the main number! We love it.

- Once in a while the call gets a little choppy
- It would be nice if you could make it your default phone from the iPhone
- it would be nice if the user could see a call was a transferred call vs a customer
- Customer selection of department by punching a number on their phone

- We've been able to integrate with HubSpot and track all inbound sales calls
- we have all the customer's call history in their hubspot account
Dialpad is more customizable, higher quality audio, and integrates with HubSpot very well. The only other one that integrated with HubSpot, I believe, was Aircall
