Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk
I have actually used this same service a few years ago when they launched, when it was called Switch. Then they rebranded, and the quality of the product and innovation didn't waver a bit. It's very intuitive. Super easy to implement and versatile across devices (even mid-call). It can also utilize Wifi or the mobile service provide data and switch autonomously based on reliability. We took advantage of a great Startup plan as well. Great support and all of their functionality suits our Customer Support needs. We use it for a team of about 10 right now and never miss a beat.

- Versatility with making/receiving calls across multiple devices.
- Good reporting on call activity and recordings.
- Amazing initial deal for startup companies.
The overall value was way better with Dialpad. Grasshopper was less intuitive, had fewer native integrations and cost more.
