Overall Satisfaction with DigitalPersona
DigitalPersona is used to provide multi-factor authentication for our customers that require additional security to access and/or collect personally identifying information. We are using both the secure login as well as SDK to protect access to systems and applications.
- Convenient and secure authentication for users
- Durable hardware in high-use and shared environments
- Stable and reliable infrastructure components
- Licensing could be made a little more straightforward for managing large enterprises where reasonable amounts of employee turnover occur.
- We are in the process of integrating Altus for secure access to Android applications for compliance requirements.
DigitalPersona has a wide range of capabilities beyond basic desktop login that makes it a flexible tool able to meet many requirements for our customers. Coupled with DigitalPersona hardware, we have a completely compatible solution for our customers.
