Overall Satisfaction with Diligent Boards
We use Diligent Boards for our board and committee meetings every quarter, for special board or committee meetings when required and for distribution and passing of resolutions.
- The back end process of creating and updating books is exceptionally user friendly
- The 24 hour support service is a pleasure to access and enquiries are always handled quickly and efficiently
- Even the more technologically challenged users on the front end find the platform easy to access, navigate and annotate
- The print functionality with automatic number tabs has solved a myriad of headaches
- The display of 'descriptions' does not line up under the tab title - this would improve the aesthetics of the agenda
- Dragging of tabs is only permitted to the same tab 'status' but not to sub-tab or sub-sub-tab
- Would be nice to be able to print|create pdfs|setup resolutions, etc from the url back end and not only through OneClick
- Efficiency and professionalism
