Overall Satisfaction with Diligent Boards
We use Diligent Boards to transmit confidential meeting materials to our Board of Directors and Senior Management. We use Diligent Messenger to transmit confidential communications to the Board of Directors and Senior Management between meetings.
- Provides a secure board portal that Board Directors and Management can use to access confidential meeting materials
- Provides excellent customer support 24/7
- Boards is extremely user friendly and easy to use
- Also being used for Management meetings
- Would like to see a copy feature in Diligent Messenger so that I don't have to retype Diligent Messenger messages sent to me that I need to share with others
- Would like to see search function in all formats - web, iPad, Android
- Security of information

- Increased security required in the transmission of sensitive meeting materials to the Board and Management

We have confidence that the confidential information -- particularly relating to investment transactions -- we provide to the Board is secure and won't be forwarded or copied to unauthorized users
Much more user friendly because board portal replicates a binder which Directors are familiar with. Also the 24/7 customer service is reliable and has never let us down!

Evaluating Diligent Boards and Competitors
Yes - Yes - I tried one other product but it was not user friendly and our Directors quickly reverted back to paper. So I chose Diligent because it is so user friendly and replicates a board binder which our Directors and Management found very user friendly.

We didn't use an evaluation and selection process. We just selected a product we know our directors would use.

No - our current support is excellent.
We have had very little occasion to call Diligent for support; however, our Directors have always received exceptional support for any issues they may have - usually it is operator error and Diligent customer support is always very helpful and understanding and able to resolve the issue.

Yes - Great! I can open Boards on my iPhone and iPad while in transit - love it!
