Overall Satisfaction with Diligent Boards
I use it to post documents that need Board approval, and I use it to post quarterly Board meeting material. We also publish a monthly board report that is distributed for all board members. It is also used for networking between board members and for their use of organizing between board meetings.

Diligent's security allows us to confidently publish documents that are confidential in nature but are required for our Board members to review and often to submit an approval signature on them. Without having this platform to post securely these confidential documents, we would have to wait until quarterly in person meetings which is not optimal as many of these are timely and need immediate approval
