Overall Satisfaction with Diligent Boards
My company used Diligent Boards to manage and run all of our Board and Committee meetings. Diligent Boards allows all of our Board members and other meeting attendees to join from anywhere. My main role with Diligent Boards is to set up, post meeting materials and publish the meetings.
Pros
- Diligent Boards outlines each meeting and agenda really well making navigating a meeting easy to do.
- Diligent Boards has a great Resource Center that allows the filing of materials that can be viewed by all users after Board and Committee meetings to easily access Policies, Charters, Appointments, etc.
- Diligent Boards is so easy to use and intuitive for first time users.

- No concerns for improvement on our end.
- Resource Center
- Archive of past meeting books.
- Diligent Boards has allowed our Board and Committee members more access to Business materials that they may not have had access to prior to Diligent Boards.
We switched over to Diligent Boards from a smaller web based Board meeting platform and with the single sign-on, password logins and management of our own users this has allowed us to maintain confidentiality in our meeting materials and other materials we post to the Resource Center.
