Overall Satisfaction with Diligent Boards

Diligent makes communication between management and the Board so efficient. No need to worry about confidentiality, as the platform is secure.

Pros

  • Creation of Board meeting packs.
  • Signing of Resolutions.
  • Effective real-time communication with the Board.

Cons

  • The ability to use offline for previously downloaded books.
  • Realtime delivery of information.
  • Safe and secure.
  • User friendly (for the technology-challenged).
  • Huge paper saving cost (we used to have to print it all before).
  • Easy onboarding for new Directors.
My customer relationship manager is always available, helpful, and efficient.
We can share everything via the platform without worrying about breaches.
BoardPAC doesn't have the same features. And doesn't allow as much functionality as Diligent. We also have Directors who utilise Diligent across the different Boards they sit on, and this allows them to use one application to access all their information, thereby streamlining their lives.
