Overall Satisfaction with Diligent Boards
Managing the Board Papers is time consuming, saving the minutes, agenda's and reports on our server has caused issues when Board members request copies, etc. it requires someone to search through folders to copy and send electronically to the members.
With Diligent, this has saved time and makes it easier for the Board to access and review past papers, future Agendas and current Reports.

- Communication - Secure Communication between the Board members via the App
- Sharing of Agenda and Minutes between the Board
- The Ability to review the Agenda and reports before sharing them with the Board
Cons
- We have only been using Diligent for a short period, I don't have any examples for improvement at this time.
- The Sharing of Agenda, Minutes and Reports via the App.
- Being able to prepare the reports before sharing with the Board
- ensuring the agenda, minutes and reports are kept sperate form the day to day operations of the business.
- Separation of Day to Day files
- Less work to send via email, everything is in the app already
- Easy to communicate with the Board through one platform
One of the reasons we have chosen to go to Diligent was due to the concerns around security of the files, they need to be kept separate from the business files and should not be accessible to anyone other than those on the Board and those preparing the Board reports.
