Overall Satisfaction with Diligent Boards

We use Diligent Boards for our agenda building and Board pack presentation. It allows for users across jurisdictions to access material for review before and during our meetings.

Pros

  • Agenda building
  • Display of board papers
  • Note taking

Cons

  • Integration with DocuSign could be more user friendly.
  • Allow editing of EasyEdits via the web browser.
  • We have been on Diligent for ten years so hard to quantify now
Generally very responsive but we rarely have to use the support anymore. The move to having the admin have more control re things like passwords has helped.
It enables us to share more with our directors than we used to be able to do.

With directors cross jurisdictions it is excellent for allowing directors access when it suits them. The security is very good and being able to restrict particular documents is very handy. The notes functionality is useful.
