Overall Satisfaction with Diligent Boards

i am an administrator at my organisation. i use Diligent to load documents and create decks for board committees. the platform has proven to be user friendly for both administrators and directors. also very safe for confidential data. i love that there are resources within the platform that form part of learning how the platform works. Diligent is very practical.

Pros

  • Customer service is great. if any of the built resources are not sufficient to resolve a challenge, reaching out to Diligent, there is always someone ready to assist till a challenge is resolved
  • Assistance is readily available at any given time
  • Diligent is progressive, always creating ways to ease how we do work

Cons

  • because my scope is not very wide, I have not experienced challenges that requires further improvement by Diligent

anytime i have had a challenge on Diligent platform, i have always been met by a competent consultant to assist and without fail have had all my challenges resolved.
Security on this platform provides peace of mind. my organisation has not had a breach on this platform. the services and security provided by Diligent are unmatched.

Diligent is a safe platform for confidential data, and organisations benefit immensely from this. For large oganisations that has to share data across many users, the organisation is guaranteed secure sharing of this data.

The platform is user friendly for its users, which makes it easy for anyone even as a beginner to hop on the platform and navigate their way through.
