Overall Satisfaction with Diligent Boards
Very user friendly especially for those that are not familiar with the product. Easy to upload documents and easy to preview documents. Updates are helpful with additions. Exporting documents is a breeze. Training new staff on Diligent Boards is easy as well. Would recommend to anyone looking for new board apps.

Email notifications are sent for changes or updates.
I haven't worked with anyone else. I was responsible to look for a board application that would work best for our board and executive management. I had it down to 3 different companies and I chose Diligent Boards because of the simplicity of the layout. Easy to map it out. Executives were happy with the choice.
