Overall Satisfaction with DiscoverOrg

Used by Sales department. Identifies new leads as well as provides ability to research detail on leads. Allows for drill down and segmentation research. Assists in allowing us to keep pipeline populated with leads.

  • Information detail provided for specific target
  • Information is pretty accurate and up to date
  • Good support for product
  • Search criteria sometimes provides unexpected results so you have to play with the variables quite a bit to define your resultant set. Takes some getting used to.
  • Sometimes hard to tell individuals exact rolls based on descriptions
  • Has had neutral ROI impact. Few leads developed, however has provided valuable info for leads from other sources
  • Do not have team using so impact is not as great as it may be normally
