Overall Satisfaction with DocLink
I have been looking for a tool that could handle document management and DocLink has been very useful for that. Documents can be easily managed and organized. It was initially very easy to set up and use. I guess it's a great tool doesn't matter if it's a big or a small enterprise.

- Search engine can be enhanced to provide better results.
- The workflow module can be made simpler.
- Sometimes a little slow to load all the information.
- Document filing.
- Document management and organizing.
- Document archiving and searching.
- Times saver for searching documents.
- Saving older document as archives.
- Sending hundreds of documents in a very little time.
DocLink stacks up against them because it is free of cost so basically everyone can use it. Has better performance and reliability. The systems of record integration are amazing. Case management has also been made simpler in DocLink. You can easily send hundred of documents in one go instead of using emails.
