Overall Satisfaction with DocuSign

DocuSign is used to sign contracts throughout our organization. The Operations department works with Finance, Legal, and other teams in order to execute these agreements. This e-signature system allows for easy distribution of contracts and automated workflow for signature processing. It also integrates with Microsoft Outlook, which permits a simple one-step signature process for signatories throughout our company.
  • Automatically distributes documents for signature to the next correct signatory.
  • Allows for easy signature tagging or dropping in custom fields, such as mailing addresses or other items.
  • The user interface is extremely easy to navigate.
  • The reporting section needs to be updated so that people can pull extensive reports.
  • DocuSign recently released a new version, which they pulled back in late July 2016. The new version made correcting tagging easier, but other features such as the UI were not easy to explore.
  • One of our business objects is to be streamlined and efficient. DocuSign allows us to reach these objectives with electronic signatures.
  • The time DocuSign has saved us through easy navigation has allowed our teams to focus on other high priorities and tasks. This time saved is easily measured in hours, not minutes. We no longer have to hunt through emails to see where a contract is at in the signature process, but can check in on DocuSign for a quick and simple update.
  • Our contracts are confidential and we can rest assured that our contracts are safe and secure with DocuSign.
DocuSign is well suited for a company that processes contracts that require single or multiple signatories. This e-signature system helps decrease the time required to sign and store contracts. Our company handles a large volume of contracts per year through DocuSign and it has proven itself worthy of the task.
