Overall Satisfaction with DocuSign

I have attempted to cancel my subscription since October, as their upgrades and downgrades of plans seems simple, then you realize you never downgraded or cancelled. In my opinion, getting support worth a crap is impossible. In my experience, they continued to close out tickets on me when they were not complete making me start from the beginning again. My annual plan still renewed even though I did not want it too. Their refund policy states within 30 days of an annual subscription, yet, in my experience, they still refuse to refund or give me anyway of contacting them on the phone. I have had countless support tickets, following instructions and somehow it does no good for me.

I think there support is horrible, and, in my experience, they do not back their refund policy. In my opinion, upgrading is easy, downgrading they get you on. Even after attempting to cancel and countless support tickets that get closed before an outcome, I am still being charged.

In my experience, they will not refund my subscription I have been trying to get rid of for 4 months. They keep closing out my tickets that are not complete. Somehow when I cancelled my subscription it did not save, and after months of not using the product I am charged for another year. In my experience, they refuse to refund even when it meets their refund policy.
