Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it to sign documents electronically. It helps us to ensure that it is secure, both parties get signed copies once complete and reduces the amount of paper that we need to use. Which in turn reduces our printing costs as well. We found this helped to streamline processes and get work done faster.

Usability

I find that it is easy to use. It is super convenient for the people that I send documents to for signing. Helps to reduce errors which in turns causes more back and forth which causes more time. The app is simple enough that it doesn’t take long to get set up on it.

Likelihood to Recommend

I would choose DocuSign over Adobe sign any day or ease of use. However DocuSign is much more expensive than adobe sign. DocuSign is great for one time signatures but is not super friendly for bulk signatures. I like that you can assign it to go to certain people in a certain order.
