Overall Satisfaction with Domo
Domo was used by the organization I was interning with to analyze customer data. It allowed our company to understand our marketing efforts' successes and failures with the helpful visualization of colorful graphs. Domo helped us collaborate on our marketing efforts using separate accounts to access the same information. The wide range of connected apps makes the business solution versatile.
- Domo provides Cloud services for business in a way that takes away the need for someone with IT experience to manage.
- It allows management from many users.
- It allows collaboration within the context of where changes need to be made. For example right along side content within an app.
- The advertising of the company has put out some offensive billboards that weren't tasteful.
- A more concise explanation of the data and solutions the company offers.
Domo is a superior product to the other analytic software that I have used because it is so much cleaner visually. It has a better user interface and the data displayed is more clear to understand. For other software I remember there being a steeper learning curve than for Domo.
