Overall Satisfaction with Donesafe

For all health and safety reporting purposes, [it's like] replacing pen and paper.
  • Simple to use
  • Easy to configure
  • Easy to add modules on as required
  • Customer experience is a major flaw [in my opinion].
  • Improvement is needed in the development phase to deliver a product that meets our requests.
  • The Checklist module requires improvement to make it more user friendly in configuring checklists (iAuditor provides a much better user experience in this space).
  • Transparent reporting is available.
  • Consolidates and streamlines our processes
  • Simplifies things for the end user

When it [Donesafe] operates correctly it is a very useful product allowing us to dramatically simplify the health and safety reporting and management process. Unfortunately, when something goes wrong the issue resolution process is disjointed, extremely slow, and impacts the whole user experience in a negative way.

Using Donesafe

For the most part, it [Donesafe] is very intuitive, but some areas in the back end are not overly easy to allow for configuration (eg Checklist module).
