Overall Satisfaction with DonorPerfect

Currently, only the Community Engagement Department consisting of 2 people use DonorPerfect. DonorPerfect is used as a customer management tool and as a reporting tool.
  • DonorPerfect is useful for tracking contacts with donors and potential donors.
  • DonorPerfect can tailor reports to your specific needs.
  • Like most complex programs, DonorPerfect requires significant training to make full use of its functionality.
  • DonorPerfect is not very intuitive when navigating or updating.
  • Having a high turnover at a company using this software will not give you a high ROI because the company will have to train new staff and it is very expensive.
  • If a company makes full use and proper use of the software the ROI will be great.
Donor Perfect is well suited for Agencies with specific reporting and complex needs. If an Agency needs only the bare minimum at a cost-efficient price then DonorPerfect is not the software they should invest in.
