Overall Satisfaction with Doodle

We use doodle within the department of pharmacy to schedule meetings with groups that have conflicting schedules. It allows us to find the best time for all, with transparency, so everyone can see others' availability.

Pros

  • Can be used without training, it is intuitive
  • Easy to use with large groups of people

Cons

  • First/second choice options
  • If, then logic
  • Easier to see multiple dates without scrolling
  • Allows for meetings with better representation from stakeholders
  • Can hold people accountable to their availability
  • Allows for expeditious meetings
Outlook calendar availability is tricky because there can be blocked-off calendar times during which a person may still be available. Doodle allows the user to make the determination of whether they are available to meet.
