Overall Satisfaction with Doodle

We use doodle within the department of pharmacy to schedule meetings with groups that have conflicting schedules. It allows us to find the best time for all, with transparency, so everyone can see others' availability.

  • Allows for meetings with better representation from stakeholders
  • Can hold people accountable to their availability
  • Allows for expeditious meetings
Outlook calendar availability is tricky because there can be blocked-off calendar times during which a person may still be available. Doodle allows the user to make the determination of whether they are available to meet.

Doodle is well-suited for gauging schedules for multiple people to establish a meeting time. It is less appropriate when there is a small time frame, and a decision must be made rapidly.
