Overall Satisfaction with Drift
We've been testing drift in place of an intercom. We really need a good ticket management tool besides intercoms because of the PHI. Drift allows us to collect the right user data under an agreement that would allow us not be compromised if there was a security breach.

Good competitor, cheaper, slicker, but way less functionality. There's a trade off for everything I guess. In this situation I would go with Drift because of the BAA.
