Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

Dropbox is used both individually and across multiple departments. It allows us to increase our workflow and have a dependable redundancy option for all of our important files.

Pros

  • Instant Cloud backup of files from mobile or desktop.
  • The ability to go back and pull earlier versions of files is a lifesaver for creative work, especially when you make a mistake.

Cons

  • The mobile version isn't as flexible as the desktop, especially when trying to download large files.
  • Not able to read all files types for in browser previews, like .cbz extensions.
  • Shareable database of resources for the field team.
  • All our marketing is in one place, accessible anywhere, not stuck on a VPN share drive.
I've been a longtime user of Dropbox, for me, I'm already invested. I never have any issues across different devices or platforms. "Dropbox Life"!

Dropbox is a great product. I use for both personal and business, both for cloud access to my files but also redundancy for saving and backing up. If you are working in a creative field or just with a lot of files between departments, agencies, or vendors, you can't beat it.
