Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

Dropbox is used across the organization. It addresses the issues that arise when it comes to sharing documents, either internally or with customers/vendors, something that has proven even more difficult during these recent of times of the pandemic.
  • Sharing and receiving documents effortlessly
  • Provides a clear and easy to use interface
  • Offline working capability
  • Difficult to search for specific files
  • The cost (especially for small businesses) can be high
  • Overall storage size can be small
  • With a free subscription, this can be very lucrative!
  • Allows for virtual documents to be stored in one location, with access to many
  • Working with others digitally is crucial right now so this is great in that regard
Although these competitors have plenty of their own pros, Dropbox has proven to be an easy to use and reliable software that matches well with these other services.
