Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

We used it to organize all our quotes and customer requests. We keep office docs and anything else we need. We can all access everyone's files which is great for the times people are out sick or on vacation. It helps keep our business running smoothly and without any issues. Thanks :)

A lot of staff was out sick or working remotely and I needed a file they had. I was able to look under their name, pull the files I needed, and provide our customers with great service, even though the staff member was not on-site to help them.
