Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

Having large design files to sent to clients and media relations, Dropbox allows us to share our link instead of sending large files via email. It's a great way to store our work as well.

Pros

  • Store project files
  • Share large files with partners and clients
  • Organize by client for ease of sharing data within our company

Cons

  • Occasionally syncing takes long and it's a waiting game to get the shared file
  • A way to find duplicate files would be nice
  • Overall we're very happy with everything Dropbox does
  • It has given our clients a sense of ownership with the source files we provide.
  • Downloading from a direct link rather than wasting email storage space is key
  • A great way to share and monitor project files internally
