Great for working remotely and sharing files with the entire team

Our team saves our department files that need to be shared among us. Helps to ensure we have an additional backup platform and allows us to more easily access files on the go or working remotely. Also allows other users to handle tasks of someone on the team is out. There is access to files so another team member can pick-up where someone left off. This allows us to keep on top of deadlines, especially being in the finance department. Or if there is ever an emergency and we have to work reportly, we can still access files even if the school were to lose power, etc.
