Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
Our company uses Dropbox to hold, maintain, organize, and access all of our clients' collateral (graphics, videos, copywriting, social media calendars, press releases, etc.). We are able to tell fellow coworkers how to access folders to update, edit, or review collateral all in one place. It's easy to transfer items in and out of folder, easy to update and save items online, and it's a great way to access information on the go. We utilize Dropbox online and on our external hard drives. We love using it. We are also able to share links to our clients for reviewing collateral in a project without having to download, re-upload, and start all over every time they have an edit. I recommend Dropbox to every one with a business that needs to hold a large amount of information and easy sharing of large files.

- Easy to use and access.
- Sometimes, it can be difficult to access files if they weren't made offline.
- Although rare, Dropbox can get messed up by saving files or freezing an upload for periods of time.
