Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We use dropbox to store our client data and organize our file structure so we don't have to have an in-house server and still have all team members have access to all firm files.
- Allows us to have word docs and Excel spreadsheets that multiple people can work on at the same time
- allows flawless integration with the windows operating system that allows us to see shared files as if they were local files
- Dropbox helps us feel secure about our file storage management and security of that data.
- better notifications about conflicted copies of files
- Let us know in a more direct way when someone else has the file open on their desktop rather than the online web version
- allow a secure file sharing with people outside of the organization who don't have a dropbox account.
