Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

It is amazing!
We have access anywhere to our LAN.
Couldn't function without it! I utilize it daily for backing up our proposals and files from the client.

Pros

  • Quickly updates all files to the server.
  • Provides remote access.
  • Allows for a steady workflow

Cons

  • Depending on connectivity speeds it takes a while to sync.
  • Syncing the entire server bogs down my computer
  • Making the selective sync option a little easier would be helpful.
  • Made it user friendly for all employees
  • allows for file sharing with outside entities
  • allows for clients to upload into our LAN

When i couldnt access my LAN directly from my workstation at the office, I was able to go online and pull up the files via a web browser.

When you need to access a large file, it is hard to view it without downloading it.
If you are doing this from amobile hotspot it can take a while.
