Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

We use Dropbox as an external server to share/upload content we produce out of the agency. Dropbox acts like a remote server where the entire team (and clients) can access. We use it to store / share projects. Our team is able to access Dropbox remotely and in the office which makes it convenience for us.

Pros

  • Storage

Cons

  • Log-in support (we have different domains so sometimes Dropbox doesnt recognize my email in my experience)
  • Preview
  • Able to share files between client and team
Most of my team is full of creatives either photographers or videographers, graphic designers, etc. Usually those creative team members only need Dropbox to store / share new work and the team members don't need the extra fluff of other softwares. Dropbox is easy to use between each department.

Do you think Dropbox delivers good value for the price?
