Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our organization uses Dropbox to store and share important documents and information for the families we serve. We serve a lot of immigrant and refugee families and have to keep certain documents and in order to keep those documents safe we need a secure site. Dropbox helps us to keep these items safe and have one spot to pull from in order to share the information.

There have been situations where myself and a colleague were looking for the same document but were unable to find this document because the name had been changed and neither of us realized there was a name change so adding a function where we are notified of name changes for folders.

There have been times when we've needed to pull documents or pictures for a grant and were able to pull all the information needed.
