Pros

Allows users to search for files online.
Tells you when a file was last updated and by which user.

Cons

I cannot open files with long file names, especially when the file path is long. This is a MAJOR issue for me and makes me want to use Dropbox less/ change to another cloud storage option- as it limits me on where and how I save my files. Given the whole point of Dropbox is file storage, this is a major limitation in functionality, one that I do not experience with the other cloud storage options I started using more for this reason and the reason mentioned below.
When I open a file on my desktop, there is no option to autosave the file or save files in real-time and for multiple users to work on the same file at a given time. This would HUGELY improve Dropbox functionality.
