Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We use it for file management.
- Has an online platform.
- Easy to talk to a rep.
- Has a folder system
- The search function is terrible. It should allow for a narrowed down way to search to limit results.
- It does not sync often.
- It does NOT work well with PC due to limitations on character use in titles (i.e. Cannot use a period in a folder title)
- If a title is too long, it will not open the document (PC user)
- It has limited me in my ability to locate documents due to a poor search function.
DropBox can't hold a candle to NetDocuments. Their search function is much better and detailed. You can also version-up on documents.
