Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
Multiple people have to have access to a folder/file at any given time. Dropbox allows us to easily compile all of our documents, access real-time updates, and even collaborate on files simultaneously using Dropbox.com.
- Real-time collaboration on Dropbox.com
- Quick file updates when accessed on the desktop
- Ease of organization within and across teams
- Dropbox often tells me that I don't have access to a file, and I have to give myself permission to edit it (all on the same account, so obviously, I have access)
- Changes made to files online are quite slow to get updated on the desktop
- Dropbox.com used to be much easier to navigate; the recent update to UI has been a downgrade, in my opinion.

- Easily sharing and protecting select files with clients for a select amount of time
- Box
I know my company was considering Box for security reasons, but we never made the switch.
