Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
Everything we do, we do through dropbox so it's our central hub. Every team has their own folders and the main programs we use are microsoft and keynote and everyone has a macbook. Although we know we can use it online, the majority of the company sync their documents so that we have general access without having to be constantly downloading files. With a lot of shared files, dropbox makes getting real time updates easy no matter where we are working from, I think this works best for Keynote files.
- Syncing files to allow live updates between the teams
- Alerting you when others are in your files
- Being able to restore files when clashes occur
- It would be great if multiple people could work on one document at once, like you can do on google docs
- It would be great if you could somehow merge conflicted files
- Increases general productivity and efficiency
I use google docs which is slightly better if you want multiple people to edit files at one time and does not rely on people having to save files
