Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
Our non-profit organization trains individuals in the skilled trades with our Pre-Apprenticeship Program. We use Dropbox mainly to house documents that our students/graduates complete during orientation, during class, and post-graduation. It allows a "one-stop" location where our department can obtain documents needed for various tasks, eliminating the need to keep paper copies.
- Multiple users and the ability to manage permissions accordingly
- Edit documents within Dropbox without having to download and then re-upload
- Overall organization and ease of use
- Ability to see the document in a small window without opening it
- Overwrite/replace currently housed documents with the same name eliminating the need to delete the older ones
- The ability to "color-code" specific documents based on their importance
- Allows documents to be viewed online eliminating paper documents
- Ability to manage permissions for multiple users
