Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

Sharing client project folders internally and externally with clients, collaborating on document creation, leading internal reviews of documents, archiving project files.

Pros

  • Good integration with Windows desktop
  • Easy to share links to documents
  • Easy to create folders and organize files

Cons

  • Browser functionality could improve to make it easier to edit and review files within the browser
  • Allows us to manage several projects simultaneously
Box isn't as good at integrating with windows
