Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We use Dropbox for storing our work files as well as use it to access the departmental folders. We used it to store our google files but after disintegration, we are actively using Microsoft files.
The problem is that it doesn't support granular permissions, like how we can't control permissions for child folders due to which we regularly had to face accidental data moves by staff.
Another problem is it doesn't integrate well with Office files, it used to work well with google files but this is now a story in the past.

Pros
- File Storage
- File Syncing
- No Client Issue
- Easy to navigate
Cons
- Permissions
- Office integration
- google files alternative
- Work great, saves cost on the physical infrastructure/storage
