Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We have a whole team who use Dropbox and it allows us to share files really easily into joint folders. Any team member can add or change file folders, upload documents, look for common material for their use, and more. It's very convenient for us and the whole team likes it.
Pros
- easy to use in my PC file Explorer
- easy to burrow deep into the folders, move stuff, etc
- easy to share files
Cons
- I'd like it to stop asking me if I want to delete for the whole team when I delete something. Maybe there needs to be an assumption to be set in this regard.
- I sometimes have trouble finding ways to share the file, copy or paste or whatever and the titles that come up on the right click menu might be easier in that regard.
- I have a personal Dropbox account as well, and the crossover between personal and business is clunky and confusing to get to one and then back again.
- This is hard to quantify. It makes us efficient as a team and that has no ROI numbers associated.
